Job description
Araamis is looking for an HR Coordinator. The key goals of this role is to support all HR functions at Araamis; support our team members by providing them with a great experience and help in acquiring great talent.
Job Description:
- Support the daily operations of HR.
- Assist with the recruitment process (headhunting, interviewing, evaluating)s
- Welcome and onboard new joiners to the company by providing them the onboarding kit as well as the resources they need to get started
- Create and Maintain employee records on our ERP
- Support in Processing payroll
- Help off board talents when needed
Job requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Saudi Nationality only.
- Should have good understanding of Saudi Arabia’s labor laws.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Arabic & English
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment
- Great organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks at once
- A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.
