Job description

Araamis is looking for an HR Coordinator. The key goals of this role is to support all HR functions at Araamis; support our team members by providing them with a great experience and help in acquiring great talent.


Job Description:

  1. Support the daily operations of HR.
  2. Assist with the recruitment process (headhunting, interviewing, evaluating)s
  3. Welcome and onboard new joiners to the company by providing them the onboarding kit as well as the resources they need to get started
  4. Create and Maintain employee records on our ERP
  5. Support in Processing payroll
  6. Help off board talents when needed


Job requirements

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Saudi Nationality only.
  4. Should have good understanding of Saudi Arabia’s labor laws.
  5. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Arabic & English
  6. Great interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment
  7. Great organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks at once
  8. A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.
