About the Role
Araamis is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team as a Tamheer trainee. This role is essential in supporting all HR functions at Araamis, ensuring a great employee experience, and helping us acquire exceptional talent. You'll be involved in everything from recruitment to offboarding, while also playing a key role in employee engagement and administrative HR operations.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department
Assist with recruitment processes
Maintain accurate employee records on the HRMS system
Coordinate administrative HR tasks such as document handling, scheduling, and report generation
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
Understanding of Saudi Arabia’s labor laws
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
A good listener with the ability to engage effectively with employees from diverse backgrounds
Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
