About the Role
Araamis is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team as a Tamheer trainee. This role is essential in supporting all HR functions at Araamis, ensuring a great employee experience, and helping us acquire exceptional talent. You'll be involved in everything from recruitment to offboarding, while also playing a key role in employee engagement and administrative HR operations.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department

  • Assist with recruitment processes

  • Maintain accurate employee records on the HRMS system

  • Coordinate administrative HR tasks such as document handling, scheduling, and report generation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

  • Understanding of Saudi Arabia’s labor laws

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels

  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines

  • A good listener with the ability to engage effectively with employees from diverse backgrounds

  • Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
