Risk Management Consultant

Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Risk Management Consultant to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in identifying, assessing, and mitigating organizational risks and will contribute to the improvement of risk management frameworks and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the current risk environment in the target entity

• Develop and update risk tolerance thresholds based on risk type and nature

• Develop and revise risk management policies and procedures

• Participate in setting strategic objectives and aligning risk management efforts

• Support awareness programs and training on risk management

• Prepare and present risk reports to management and stakeholders

• Monitor and evaluate risk mitigation action plans

• Assess business continuity and crisis management plans

• Identify potential risks across functions and provide recommendations

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with risk standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in risk management or consulting

• Professional certifications in risk or project management are an advantage
